By accessing or using the NovaDynamix website, the ONECHIP OS compiler, community forums, hardware integrations, and debugging dashboard (collectively, our "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services. We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

To utilize specific parts of the dashboard and compile configurations for your ONECHIP hardware, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete credentials during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Promptly inform us of any unauthorized account activity.

The compiler runs on-demand compilation servers. We strive for high uptime and rapid builds; however, compiling resource-intensive files, customized code modules, or third-party libraries may occasionally suffer delays.

ONECHIP modules are prototyping and developer tools. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their hardware builds, wiring setups, and electrical configurations are safe and do not violate local building, safety, or electromagnetic regulations.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our cloud compilers or database servers.
• Interfere with, degrade, or disrupt the performance of our API layers.
• Upload malware, reverse engineer the proprietary ONECHIP OS components, or deploy telemetry-sniffing tools.
• Post abusive, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content on the community pages.

5. Intellectual Property

The designs, logos, software libraries, ONECHIP OS source code, layout frameworks, and online branding are owned exclusively by NovaDynamix and are protected by international trademark and copyright laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use our web interface solely for programming and managing your ONECHIP hardware.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the online compilers or forums at our sole discretion, without warning, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms our user community, or infringes on our network integrity.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

OUR SERVICES AND ALL INTEGRATED HARDWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NOVADYNAMIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NOVADYNAMIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, COMPILER DOWNTIME, OR ELECTRICAL ACCIDENTS ARISING FROM THE IMPROPER OPERATION OF DEVELOPER HARDWARE.
